It's Rhea, my name. And I have a very embarrassing story to tell about it. As a child, I hated my name because it was unoriginal and boring. So I used to always call myself "Samantha!" When I was in third grade, my teacher called out "Mirta?" "Vicente?" was the teacher's third grade call. I raised my hand proudly, only to discover that she was calling for someone else. I mistook someone's name for mine, and the entire class laughed at it. I learned to love my moniker, and eventually accepted it. If you ever see me introducing myself as Samantha or any other made up alter ego, just know it's just a joke - my real name (no matter how common) will always be Jeri.
